What is Family Yoga?
A joyful class you experience together! Kids (10 & under) , parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles — bring the whole crew.

This class is all about connection and fun, with poses thoughtfully adapted for all ages and abilities.

We’ll begin with a playful warm-up inspired by sun salutations, then move through a story-led yoga adventure to keep little ones engaged and imaginations flowing.

Expect partner poses, a lively yoga “freeze” game, and plenty of smiles along the way.

We’ll close our time together with a peaceful relaxation (savasana) — a sweet moment to rest and reset as a family.

SIGN UP INSTRUCTIONS:

• One person from each family registers on Vagaro

• After booking, please email us at info@reyabarreyoga.com how many children you are bringing and their ages (10 & under).

• Be prepared to fill out a liability waiver for each child upon arrival

For 25 years, For Pete’s Sake Cancer Respite Foundation has helped cancer patients and their loved ones strengthen, deepen, and unify their relationships by creating unforgettable Respite Experiences. Working with oncology professionals at more than 100 hospitals and cancer centers, FPS serves patients (ages 21–55), along with their caregivers and children. Each month, ten families travel to Woodloch Resort for a weeklong respite supported by trained FPS volunteer facilitators. Families share meals, participate in meaningful activities, and enjoy unstructured time together.

Following their respite, families become part of our FPS Alumni where we continue to support them through the Respite Reinforced program that provides regular check-ins and invitations to events throughout the year. Headquartered in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania, FPS serves families in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, and New York. To date, the Foundation has provided respite to more than 12,000 individuals and is embarking on its next chapter: building the Nation’s First Respite Center. Join Ellie in raising funds for this wonderful cause.
