Refund Policy

Each situation will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Group Class Cancellation Policy

Clients must cancel their classes at least 6 hours in advance to avoid a penalty. Cancellations must be made online through Vagaro. If canceling within the 6 hour window, you will be considered a late cancellation. Late cancels and no shows will either lose 1 visit from their class package or members will be charged a $5 fee directly to their credit card on file.

Private Session/Duet/Small Group/ Corporate Cancellation Policy

Clients must cancel their session at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a penalty. Cancellations must be made directly with the instructor who is teaching your session via phone or email. If canceling within the 24 hour window, you will be considered a late cancellation and will be charged for the session.

Workshop Cancelation Policy

Clients must cancel their workshop reservation at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a penalty. If canceling within the 24 hour window, you will be considered a late cancellation and will be charged for the Workshop.

Recorded Video Policy

Purchased recorded videos are for personal use only. Please do not share these videos with anyone else, we reserve the right to revoke your access to future videos if this policy is violated.
