HIIT Pilates

HIIT Pilates (45 min)

All-level class. 
HIIT Pilates takes place in our infrared heated studio + non-headed barre/pilates studio. Pilates-inspired full-body workout with high-intensity interval training segments set to high-energy music. This class will ignite your core muscles, get your heart rate up, and have you sweating and wanting to come back for more! Hand weights are optional.

Barre

Barre (60 min)

All-level class.
A fun and empowering class set to uplifting high energy music.  Various props incorporated.  This class will have you pulsing, shaking, and sweating.  This class combines our signature barre work and isometric movements with constantly changing routines and combinations that will keep your body challenged.

 
Barre Express

Barre Express (45 min)

All-level class.
Only have 45 minutes? This class has you covered. A fun and empowering class set to uplifting high energy music.  Various props incorporated.  This class will have you pulsing, shaking, and sweating.

Fusion Pilates + Barre

Fusion Pilates + Barre (60 min)

All-level class.
Fusion Pilates + Barre is our classic blend of Pilates and Barre classes. Spend 30 minutes on the mat focusing on your core, and then transition to the barre for the next 30 minutes.

 
Pilates Mat

Pilates Mat (60 min)

All-level class.
Change your perspective ... this class encompasses Joseph Pilates-based traditional movements combined with creative variations designed to strengthen, stretch, and balance your body. Our classes are diverse, either utilizing your own body weight or adding in props. Pilates will enhance your posture, improve balance, strengthen your core, and improve your overall body and mind.

Heated Flow & Sculpt

Heated Flow & Sculpt (60 min)

Intermediate class.
Heated to 85-90 degrees using infrared panels.

Add some high-intensity/high-energy to your yoga practice.  Our Vinyasa flow is infused with strength training using light weights and low impact cardio exercises resulting in a full-body, core-focused workout. You will build strength, develop greater body and mind awareness, and end class sweaty and ready for a peaceful savasana.

 
Heated Slow Flow

Heated Slow Flow (60 min)

All-Level class.
Heated to 85 degrees using infrared panels.

A slower vinyasa flow. This class is great for folks looking to build up the strength, flexibility, knowledge and stamina needed to get into our Power Flow classes. Slow Flow offers slower movement between the postures to allow more time for breathwork, mindfulness, and proper + safe alignment points. This class is for all levels, including beginners and has less chaturangas, planks and offers multiple modifications. 

Hot Power Flow

Hot Power Flow (60 min)

Intermediate class.
Heated to 95-100 degrees using infrared panels.

Power Flow encompasses a balance of strength, proper body alignment, lengthening, and breath. You will move to the flow of your own breath. Letting go of distractions and focusing inward, you will find strength in your body and the energy around you. Hot power flow invokes a quicker pace to ignite internal heat, increase strength, stamina, focus, and flexibility, as well as cultivating meditative breathing, and reducing stress. Previous yoga experience is suggested but not required. Modifications will be offered and props encouraged for all.
