I first started taking barre, pilates, & yoga classes while attending college in New Orleans. I was looking for a positive outlet for stress relief and I instantly felt like I had found my place and belonged in this environment. There are so many reasons why I’m obsessed with barre, pilates, & yoga – the positivity, the physical challenge, the mind body connection, the community, and the feeling of letting go of any stress or worries in the music and the motion. If I could sum it all up into one word it would be Passion. Read more.

My favorite aspect about teaching is watching my students progress. My goal is to help you test your limits so you can build the strength, flexibly, and confidence to overcome them ... and of course we'll have fun doing it! I received my Balanced Body Pilates Mat & Barre certification in April of 2013 and have been teaching ever since. I hope to see you in class!

As a classically trained dancer, former 76ers dance team member, and jazz dance instructor, I immediately fell in love with pilates, barre, and yoga. The attention to proper body alignment, stretching, and core strengthening was consistent with my traditional dance training.  As a dancer, I struggled with scoliosis my entire life, often feeling as if my chronic back pain would never resolve. Read more. The transition from high impact exercise classes to the practice of yoga, pilates, and barre drastically transformed both my body and my mind.
