Angel Flight East (AFE) is a Philadelphia-based nonprofit that provides free air transportation to children and adults who need medical treatment far from home. In addition to patient flights, AFE delivers critical supplies to disaster areas and supports other urgent missions. Their work is powered by volunteer pilots who generously use their own planes and cover all flight costs — making every donation truly impactful.
